- Information obtained from third parties regarding whom the transferring Party has a confidentiality obligation.

Information is not considered confidential, regardless of how it is labeled, if:
- It is publicly available, and its possession and disclosure cannot violate the rights and legitimate interests of the transferring Party;
- It became known to the receiving Party before the conclusion of the service provision agreement;
- It is provided by the transferring Party with a written indication that it is not confidential;
- It relates to information about the order made by the transferring Party.

Personal Data — information or a set of information about the transferring Party by which such Party can be identified.
The categories of Personal Data of the Parties within the scope of the provided Service include:
- Last name and patronymic;
- Email address;
- Phone number;
- And other data that can identify their owner.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 The purposes of obtaining and processing confidential information and personal data by the Recipient are:
- Organizing communication between the Parties;
- Ensuring the successful implementation of the Contract for the execution of works/provision of services concluded by the Client with the Performer.

1.2 When submitting the form on the website, I ask you to provide the necessary personal information to the extent necessary for further communication with you. I reserve the right to request additional personal information to provide services.

2. COMMUNICATION

2.1 Visitors to the Site who provide their data are informed and agree that the receiving Party has the right to collect the information provided by these visitors. This information is used exclusively for internal purposes and serves solely for communication.

2.2 The receiving party processes only the confidential information and personal data necessary to ensure the quality of the services provided and does not use this information for other purposes without the consent of the Party.

2.3 The receiving party stores confidential information and personal data for as long as necessary for the specified purposes in accordance with applicable law.

2.4 The transferring Party is given unrestricted access to its confidential information and personal data.

2.5 The receiving party does not transfer the confidential information and personal data of the transferring Party to third parties without the consent of the owners of such information, except in cases expressly provided by law.

3. OBLIGATIONS

3.1 The transferring Party undertakes to provide only accurate and complete information.

3.2 The receiving Party undertakes:
- To use confidential information and personal data exclusively for communication with the Client and the implementation of the Contract for the execution of works/provision of services for website development;
- Not to disclose confidential information to third parties, except as expressly provided by law;
- Not to use confidential information and personal data for purposes contrary to the objectives specified in clause 1.1 of the Privacy Policy;
- To limit the number of persons with access to confidential information and personal data as much as possible, ensuring that they provide written commitments not to disclose and not to use confidential information and personal data of the transferring Party for their own or others' interests;
- To immediately notify the Transferring Party of any discovered instances of unauthorized use or disclosure of confidential information and personal data, taking all necessary measures to prevent further unauthorized use or disclosure of such information;
- Upon the request of the transferring Party, to destroy the received confidential information and personal data.

4. FINAL PROVISIONS

4.1 Customer data is stored by the administration exclusively for internal use. The administration takes the necessary software and technical measures to protect it, but is not responsible if this data becomes accessible to third parties as a result of illegal actions.

4.2 At the end of cooperation between the Parties, the personal data of such Party is immediately deleted.
